Paul Durieux is a sleep consultant, speaker, independent researcher, and three-time cancer survivor. He helps individuals, teams, and organizations prioritize sleep for well-being and performance.
Accepted into McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine in the late 1970s, Paul planned to become an oncologist before a terminal cancer diagnosis changed his path. His experience led him to pursue complementary approaches to health, earning diplomas in disciplines rooted in European Functional Medicine.
Drawing on decades of research, training, and practical work in Functional Medicine, Bioregulatory Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and Sleep Hygiene, Paul brings a deeply personal perspective to his work. Now retired from his earlier practice, he continues to offer sleep consultations and speaking engagements while writing his first book.
